Using Orbitilt

Orbitilt is a free abstract Android game. Version 1 includes local gameplay and statistics without an account or required payment. You may install and use a legitimate copy for personal enjoyment, subject to applicable law. The developer retains rights to the app and its original materials; availability of an APK does not grant rights to the private source repository.

Local progress and updates

Progress and settings are stored on your device. Clearing storage or removing the app can erase them. Keep any device backups you need and understand their limitations. Updates can change game behavior or compatibility; material data-handling changes will be disclosed. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation after destructive local actions. These statements do not restrict guarantees required by applicable law.

Voluntary support

Crypto contributions are optional support for the developer. They do not unlock anything, improve scores, remove limitations or grant future paid features. Any future paid Orbitilt+ offer will be separately described and purchased through the applicable purchase flow; a contribution is not a purchase of Plus. Read the donation disclosure before sending funds.

External services

The website, browser, app store and your wallet/exchange may have their own terms. Orbitilt does not operate a wallet, exchange or investment service. The developer does not control those services or public blockchain confirmation. The Privacy Policy explains local storage and external data handling.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use the app and external services lawfully. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional promises of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. No clause limits rights arising from fraud, intentional wrongdoing or other responsibility that applicable law makes non-excludable.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Uruguay, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to you. No exclusive court or waiver of mandatory local rights is imposed by this document. Updated terms will be published with an effective date; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
