Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the free Orbitilt Android game (version 1), its website and contact with the developer. Future releases that introduce Google Play services or paid features will have updated disclosures before publication.

Data in the game

The game works without an account. Scores, personal records, Journey progress, Daily results, settings and aggregate statistics are stored locally to provide gameplay and show your progress. The game does not send those records to the developer. Version 1 includes no advertising, analytics, Google sign-in, cloud synchronization or in-app purchase SDK. Donation addresses are bundled public receiving information; the game does not connect to a blockchain or monitor contributions.

Storage, retention and deletion

Local records are kept while the app's data remains on your device; bounded statistics may replace older detail with aggregates. You can remove app-local data using Android Settings: Apps → Orbitilt → Storage → Clear storage. This resets local progress and preferences. Settings also offers Reset Vibe high score, which clears only Vibe records. Uninstalling removes app-private data from the device.

Orbitilt allows Android's standard backup for its settings and progress files only. If Android backup or device-to-device transfer is enabled on your device, the operating system and your backup provider (for example, Google) may copy those files and restore them on a new installation, under their own settings and policies. The developer does not receive these backups. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage does not necessarily delete an existing provider backup; manage that in your device or account backup settings.

Donation information and clipboard

Copy address places the selected public developer address on your system clipboard. QR generation is local and encodes the same address. Your chosen wallet, exchange or network processes any transfer outside Orbitilt under its own terms. Public blockchains can expose sender/receiver addresses, amounts and transaction metadata. Their records can persist independently of the app and cannot be erased by clearing Orbitilt data. The app does not request private keys, seed phrases, balances or donor identity, and does not detect who has donated.

Website and external services

Opening a Help link uses your browser. The website is delivered by Cloudflare R2 and its CDN over HTTPS. Website requests involve connection information such as IP address, request path, browser information and timestamps that the hosting provider may process for delivery and security. The site does not need an account. The developer has not enabled advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on it; its only scripts copy an address to your clipboard and read the public release information from the same site. Cloudflare may process request logs and set strictly necessary security cookies under its own policy, which also governs its retention periods and international transfers. Browser, email provider, app store and wallet services handle information under their own policies. Website activity is separate from local gameplay statistics.

Contact, security and rights

If you email the developer, your address and message are used to respond and resolve the issue. Do not include private wallet credentials. App-private storage uses Android's access controls; device security also depends on your device settings. The developer does not sell your personal information. Disclosure may be required by applicable law; any such handling is limited to information actually held.

Support emails are kept for up to six months after the request is resolved and then deleted, unless applicable law requires keeping them longer. Your email provider and the developer's email provider handle messages in transit and in storage under their own policies.

Contact [email protected] for privacy inquiries or to request access, correction or deletion of information held by the developer, subject to applicable law and necessary retention. The developer cannot retrieve your device-only scores or delete public blockchain records or independently controlled provider data. The app has no accounts.

Children and changes

The game does not request age or other personal information from players. Do not send personal details or funds without any consent required by applicable law. If personal information from a child is sent to the developer, contact the privacy address for assistance. The intended audience and store settings will be checked before release. Material changes to data handling will be described in updated documents and any required in-app notice before the affected functionality is introduced.
